Stephen Perry is the Managing Director and co-founder of Janes Capital Partners. Starting his career on Wall Street, he has over 30 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures, management buy-outs, and debt and equity financing. Steve has completed over 50 Aerospace & Defense M&A transactions valued at over $5 billion. Notable transactions include:

Steve serves as the co-chair of Oaklins’ global Aerospace & Defense practice and has been involved in numerous cross-border transactions. He regularly attends and speaks at leading Aerospace & Defense industry conferences and trade shows; and has been quoted in numerous publications and newspapers including: the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Business Week, Aviation Week, Los Angeles Times, Seattle Business Journal, etc.

Previously, Steve held various roles of increasing responsibility at Credit-Suisse/First Boston, Kayne Anderson and Irving Trust Company. He has an MBA in Finance from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Business and a BA in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 63, 65, 79 and 99 licenses.

Ken Fukumoto is a Director at Janes Capital Partners, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions transactions principally in the Aerospace & Defense industry. He joined Janes Capital Partners in 2014 and has over a decade of corporate and investment banking experience. He has advised on numerous A&D transactions, including more recently the sale of IDL Precision Machining to Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners; the sale of Onamac Industries, a subsidiary of Consolidated Precision Products (CPP), to Due West Partners; and, the sale of Networks Electronic Company to ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE).

Previously, Ken began his career as an investment banker with Aleutian Capital Group, an M&A advisory firm on Wall Street. He graduated with a BS in Engineering Physics from Fordham University in New York City. He holds FINRA Series 24, 63 and 79 licenses.

Chris Reinecke serves as Vice President at Janes Capital Partners, specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the commercial aerospace, military & defense, and space sectors, primarily focusing on sell-side transactions. His portfolio includes advisory roles in numerous Aerospace & Defense transactions, including more recently the sale of Pyramid Precision Machine to CoreDux Group, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, the sale of Precision Fuel Components to VSE Corporation, the sale of IDL Precision Machining to Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, the sale of Networks Electronic Company to ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE), and the sale of IntelliPower to AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME).

Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked for Morgan Stanley in their securitized products group, covering middle-market financial institutions. Before Morgan Stanley, he served as a credit analyst for City National Bank as part of the company’s middle-market commercial banking group. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 79 licenses.

Bruce Renner is an Analyst at Janes Capital Partners, supporting senior bankers in M&A deal execution and developing Aerospace & Defense industry analytics and market research.

Prior to joining Janes Capital Partners in 2023, Bruce had previous investment banking experience with Echelon Partners and M&A Valuation experience with PwC. Bruce graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration. He holds FINRA SIE and Series 79 licenses.

Nataly Leon is an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Janes Capital Partners, supporting the CEO, accounting, human resources, compliance and day-to-day functions of the office. Nataly joined Janes Capital Partners in 2014 and has over 10 years of administrative/executive assistant experience.

Previously, Nataly held a position as an administrative assistant at a medical services provider.

Valeria Gamez is an Administrative Assistant at Janes Capital Partners, supporting sales & marketing and the daily tasks and functions of the office.

Before joining Janes Capital Partners, Valeria held an internship with a strategic public relations and media outreach firm, as well as customer service positions in the hospitality industry. Valeria graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Communications.
